1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is not damaged, altered, or worn.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products returned without original tags and packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order Number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to the provided return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • For approved defective or incorrect items, Preet Edition will bear the return shipping cost.

9. Quality Check

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Preet Edition reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
