1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

If your location is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,899.
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold may attract shipping charges, which will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Additional COD charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Tracking Link (if available)

You can use these details to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Invalid contact information

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Government restrictions

Preet Edition shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Preet Edition is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incorrect PIN code

Please verify your details before placing an order.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Preet Edition ships only within India.

We may introduce international shipping in the future.
